PHARE 2003 â?? CONSOLIDATION OF SELECTED TECHNOLOGY CENTRES
PROJECT "HIGH-TECHNOLOGY MULTI-PURPOSE PROTECTIVE AND MILITARY SHOE INTEGRATED PROJECT OF THE SLOVENIAN FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER-WORKING INDUSTRY"
Our strongest reference in the area of integrated projects implementation is Â?High-technology multi-purpose protective and military shoeÂ? i.e. the project carried out within the Phare 2003 programme â?? Strengthening of selected technology centres.
Up to 90 % of the project was financed by the Phare programme, the rest was financed by Ircuo and partners.
The project was carried out from 10. October 2005 to 10. October 2006. It included the following sections:
- investments in the technological equipment of the centre
- purchase of 18 modern machines for testing footwear and materials according to various characteristics
- purchase of the CAD/CAM equipment in order to modernize developmental processes
- web page, logotype
- development of new services of the technological center
- making of Â?high-technology multi-purpose protective shoeÂ?
The modern technological equipment enables us the testing of footwear as well as of textile and other alternative materials. That is why we are able to quickly follow the novelties in the field of new material development.
